BIOGRAPHY:
Dr. Yael Myers began her medical journey at Princeton University, graduating with distinction in Psychology. She completed pre-med studies at Colombia University and earned her medical degree from Mt. Sinai Hospital, Icahn School of Medicine. Her Internal Medicine residency was at the University of Miami, Jackson Memorial Hospital.
After residency, she practiced as a Hospitalist and Primary Care Physician in Miami. She directed Franco Nursing Home and advised at St. Catherine’s and Villa Maria Acute Rehabilitation. For 15+ years, she served with Florida Acute Care Services/Team Health at Aventura and Memorial Regional Hospitals. Dr. Myers appeared on local news, discussing topics like osteoporosis.
She taught Internal Medicine at Barry University and NOVA DO program. She’s an associate professor at FIU’s school of medicine and NOVA Southeastern’s MD program.
Now, Dr. Myers focuses on her Aventura office, offering premier Internal Medicine and Primary Care. She’s the chief medical officer of Platinum Access, her Concierge Medical service.
